Get early accessYou'll need an iPhone or Android phone and a head-mounted phone holder for hands-free, first-person recording. Order a holder from Frame or buy a compatible holder yourself. Check phone compatibility and positioning guidance before buying equipment.
Choose from the tasks available in the app, such as folding a towel, sorting objects, wiping a tabletop, or sewing by hand. Check back regularly: we add tasks based on what our partners and clients need their robots to learn. Some offer higher rewards. Each task shows its rate, instructions, and recording requirements before you begin.
You can earn during early access. Each task shows its rate before you start, and rewards are based on accepted footage. Track your submission status, approved earnings, and balance in the app. Rates vary by task, so check for new opportunities with higher rewards.
Your recording goes through review against the task's requirements, including whether the activity and your hands are clearly visible. Accepted footage earns the reward described for that task and can contribute to robot training.
Choose a space where you have permission to record. Keep bystanders, private documents, screens, and other sensitive information out of frame. Check your take before uploading and avoid submitting anything you don't intend to share.
The goal is to use human demonstrations to develop robot training data: how hands move, handle objects, and complete tasks. Review the participation and privacy terms before contributing. Those terms will explain permitted uses, access to recordings, and your data choices.
